Delete your account

You can delete your Lysine account at any time. Deleting it permanently removes your profile and everything in it, right away:

• meals, supplements and recipes, including recipe photos, ratings and favorites;
• outbreak logs, check-ins and symptom logs;
• settings, notifications, signed-in devices and order history.

This can’t be undone. Database backups that may still contain your data are overwritten within 30 days. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires.

In the app

Open Lysine, tap your profile picture, then Settings → Delete my account, and confirm.

Can’t sign in?

Email support@lysine.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm the request. We’ll delete it and reply within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you signed in with Apple, you can also stop using Apple sign-in with Lysine in your Apple ID settings. That doesn’t delete your Lysine account, so delete it here as well.
